Heavy day is on deck for today! We have a bench press which is always a fun lift to visit. This will have you working in a descending rep scheme and ideally working up in weight with each set. Each set should feel hard but manageable. We will be working on the clock taking one set roughly every 3-minutes.
4x Hand Over Hand Sled Pull, pick load, 50 ft
4x Farmer Carry, pick load, 100 ft
3x 12-15 Barbell Good Morning
Complete all sets of each movement before moving to the next. Take one set every :90 to 2 minutes.
