Short and a burner today! The power clean is on the heavier side but something you should be able to do quick singles without concern even at fatigue. T2B is a small rep scheme so you should be able to keep a quick pace on this workout. There is an element of pacing as those lungs and your grip are going to be taking a toll. Quality position and keep on moving for this workout!

For Time or Quality:
800m Sled Drag (90/70)

Alright, guys after the short burner we are going to transition right into an 800m sled drag that can be treated for time or quality. This could be a great way to cool down. There is a prescribed loading but adjust as needed. This should be done in 10 minutes or less. We want you to move at a smooth and steady pace here.
