Post Work
For quality:
Sled Push, pick load, 3x 50 ft
Back Rack Hold, pick load, 2 mins
5x 5 Weighted Pull-ups, pick load
Hip Extension Hold, 2 mins
Back Rack Hold- perform using your 1RM Back Squat weight; accumulate the total time
Hip Extension Hold- at the top of the hip extension; accumulate the total time
This can be done in any order and you can break things up as needed. No need to rush through this. Choose challenging loads for each but don’t feel the need to push if it’s not there today. It is deload week, after all!
