Teams of 2 – for time:
100 Box Jumps, 24/20 in
100 Kettlebell Swings, 70/53 lbs
100 Goblet Alternating Reverse Lunges, 70/53 lbs
100 Single Arm Kettlebell Push Press, 70/53 lbs

Goal: Sub 20 mins

Today we will be working in teams of 2 to accumulate the work in ANY order. This means some strategy will come into play. Teams can tackle it by completing all reps of one movement before moving on to the next, or they can turn this into 5 rounds of 20 reps of each movement in a superset style. The loading should be moderate for the weighted movements and allow for efficient cycling or larger reps.
