Push Press
5-5-3-3-1-1

Heavy day today involves the push press! Like most of our heavy days, we want you to lift the most amount of weight that you can for each set. With this particular rep scheme, we would like to see you building in weight with each set, however, you can repeat weight if needed. Take one lift roughly every
2-3 minutes. Focus on staying true to the push press and avoid turning this into a push jerk.

Accessory Work
Chest Supported Dumbbell Row 10-10-10, using heaviest weight per set
Good Morning 8-8-8, using heaviest weight per set
Front Foot Elevated Split Squat Hold 1-1-1, using heaviest weight per set

Post Work 1x:
1-2min per side Underhand PVC Stretch
1min per side Thread the Needle
