Hang Squat Clean
Heavy day today will involve some weightlifting with the hang squat clean. For the sets of 3 & 2 you will hang onto the bar for all reps. For this heavy day, we want you to lift the most amount of weight you can handle while keeping work sets productive and avoiding failure.
10 Incline Dumbbell Bench Press
100′ Sled Drag
-Rest :90 sec between rounds
Accessory lifts today involve the incline dumbbell bench press and sled drag. The bench press should be done with a heavy load but allow all 10 reps to be done in an unbroken set. The sled drag is intended to be heavy.
