Goal: Sub 12 minutes
Simple couplet today that is going to be challenging and give us the opportunity to push the pace! Weight on the barbell should be something that you can cycle reps with and I would suggest this from the start. By round 2 you may be considering quick singles. The bar facing burpee is easy to slow down on so continue to keep yourself accountable here. Be smart with pacing so you can get to work when getting back to the barbell!
