Test 1
A single set of Strict Pull-ups for max reps
*Add weight if you can do more than 10 consecutive reps

Test 2
A single set of Strict Ring Dips for max reps
*Add weight if you can do more than 10 consecutive reps

Test 3
A single Supine Plank Hold hold for max time
*Hold for max time OR no longer than 45 secs-1 min

Depth Drops 4×2
*Do this ONLY if you were able to get 15+ reps of the goblet squat with 1/2 your bwt using a box no higher than 20″

50ft Double Kettlebell Overhead Carry
50ft Sled Pull (moderate-heavy)
