The weight on the bench press is intended to be done at a moderate load. Avoid complete failure although fatigue will set in with the bench press and as we know this tends to go downhill fast! Shoot for a minimum of 10 reps but no more than 20. The calorie row should be done at a hard pace. Avoid holding back for the bench press and give this everything you have. Shoot for 12-20 calories per minute on rower.
