Today’s partner workout will be a spicy one!! For this workout, each partner will complete 5 rounds so that means 10 rounds in total. While partner A does the dumbbell ground to overhead and burpees, partner B completes 50 double unders. Then they switch–Partner B does the dumbbell ground to overhead and burpees while A tackles the 50 double unders and that equals 1 round! Athletes will be encouraged to keep a good pace on each round, resting as needed.
