100 Double Unders
50 Deadlifts, 225/155 lbs
50 Toes-to-bars
100 Double Unders

Goal: Sub 11 mins

Simple chipper today going from one movement to the next. Opening up with a set of 100 double unders and for those of us that have these in the bag will be able to do them unbroken. This is also a great opportunity to practice if needed. I would suggest no more than 90 seconds to two minutes here. The deadlift weight is moderately heavy, but due to the rep scheme it will take some strategy with breaking things up. Especially since we have some toes to bar afterwards. I would suggest smaller sets and shorter breaks for both the deadlift and toes to bar to keep moving. Finishing up with one last set of double unders.

Single Leg Balance + T-Hold, L 20 secs/R 20 secs
