18-15-12-9-6-3 reps, for time of:
Power Snatch, 75/55 lbs
Goal: sub 14 mins

Buckle up grip and midline! This is going to be one of those workouts that is going to hurt just a bit. Depending on your ability on T2B, some will be able to rip through these reps where others will need to pace from the start. It may be helpful for some to take manageable sets such as breaking each number into sets of four. For example, 5,5,4,4 = 18, 4,4,4,3 = 15 and so on. What is helpful is that this is a descending rep scheme but regardless, breaking the T2B and barbell into manageable sets is going to be key. The barbell should be a light weight that you can cycle into a minimum of 2 sets per round, maybe 3 sets on the earlier rounds in hopes to save the grip a bit. The goal is to finish this workout right around 14min.
