We have our team workout today! If you are looking for something spicy this will for sure do the trick. There is no easy way around hang power snatches at a moderate load and biking for calories. This workout has you partnering into groups of three. Two will work at the same time while one athlete rests. You do not have to split the reps evenly although it might be best to do so to keep the workout fair and everyone getting their share. Athletes will have two bars and two bikes per group, working in and out however they see fit. You will complete the 75 snatches before moving on to the bike calories. The hang power snatch should be done with a moderate load. The bike should be done at a moderately hard pace. Work with each other however you like to get these done.
