These group classes welcome the beginner to advanced or elite athlete. The variety in movements, time domains, loading and repetitions throughout the weeks and months will give attendees a large, well rounded base of fitness. Each class is run the same throughout the day and will include the following:
Nutrition is a foundational piece of our health and wellness. How we fuel our bodies affects how we look and how we feel, both physically and emotionally. If you are interested in creating sustainable change in your nutrition habits that will help you reach your short and long-term goals, start here. This 45 minute consultation with Aimee from ALL Nutrition will take a look at your current eating habits, discuss your goals and the importance of nutrition and reaching those goals.
CrossFit Kids focuses on establishing movement patterns which result in improved physical fitness, sports performance and fewer sports injuries. General fitness skills (running, rowing, biking) are paired with bodyweight movements (squats, push-ups, etc), gymnastics (pull ups, handstands, etc) and age and skill appropriate weight lifting (back squat, clean and jerk, etc) to improve strength, agility and overall fitness, all while having fun in a kid-friendly environment.
We welcome anyone interested in trying out CrossFit for the first time to join one of our Group WOD classes.
