10 Power Snatches, 115/75 lbs
Goal: Sub 8 min

Tapping into some intensity again since I know you can’t resist it! Volume is still going to be relatively low all things considered. If you want the extra recovery just cruise through this and don’t even set the clock. It’s a great way to drill some technique on the santch. For those that are looking to push the pace a bit, feel free. Loading on the bar should be something you can cycle “easily” if you want to. Strong and steady pace on the box jumps but you should be able to get right back on the bar when you are finished with your sets!

Hollow Hold, 20 secs
10 Rear Delt Raises, pick load, 5 secs

Good Morning- 5 sec hold at the bottom of each rep
Rear Delt Raises- 5 sec hold at the top of each rep
