Goal: Sub 15-minutes

A triplet today that has some descending reps when it comes to the push press and double under but we are going to keep the bar muscle up at nine. Adjust reps as needed for the bar muscle up so you can accomplish this in no more than three sets. The push press weight should be something you can cycle confidently and efficiently although there will be some shoulder interference between each movement. Work for fast and efficient double unders with a relaxed shoulder and wrist.
