Goal: Sub 12 min
We have done this in the past but it’s been a while! This one presents a whole new challenging with the weight in the form of dumbbells. Plan on it taking you longer without a doubt! For the deadlift focus on only touching one head of the dumbbell to the ground. This will help keep the low back in check. Hang power clean is going to have you forcing yourself to focus on pulling under the weight. Same for the push jerk. Lighten up the loading as needed to keep the goal time and quality movement.
