Goal: Sub 15 min
Minimal gear and all the fitness with this one. The rep schemes are manageable which means you should be working to do all these unbroken. The double DB ground to OH is a tricky one but still simple. Bend those knees and get into more of a squat position at the bottom of the movement if needed in order to keep that back flat as you pull the weight off the floor. Alternating lunges has the weight at your sides.
