The row (sub an 800 meter run if needed) shouldn’t take you more than just over 4 min. Push a bit here and leave some in the tank so you can get right to work on the 21-15-9. This is very much about our conditioning so trust your fitness! Work to start strong on that second row and hang onto that pace!
