7 Box Jumps (24/20)
9 Alt. DB Snatches (50/35)
REST 1 minute
Repeat 5 Times
Goal: 3+ Rounds each AMRAP

HSPU’s are ideally done unbroken. If you need to break them up in the later rounds, shoot for no more than 2 sets. If you need to modify these to either stink bugs or seated DB press you should be doing them in no more than 2 sets. Make whichever modification you choose challenging for you. Dumbbell Snatches are coming from the floor. Be sure to keep that back in check with each rep.
