EMOM with listed percentages that we want you following. The weight should feel generally light and allow you to focus on getting some speed on the barbell. Bar path and foot position are key points to work on while working to keep things consistent. Take a few minutes between each EMOM so you can rest the barbell and warm up for the clean and jerk if needed.

Continued focus on keeping your pacing on the reasonable side. We have an RPE (rate of perceived exertion) listed at no more than 14. This is on a scale from 6 (doing nothing) to 21 (max effort). Cruise through this one and use it as an opportunity to get the heart rate up and take your joints through a range of motion.
