Today we’re going a bit shorter with the first workout of the #supportyourlocalbox WOD
Zoom Class at 10am
10-min. AMRAP:
10 Air squats
9 DB Snatches, right arm (50/35)
10 Push-ups
9 DB snatches, left arm
Goal= get it done
Midline
3 Rounds:
10 Pike Compression
:20 sec Superman
:20 sec Hollow Rocks
Notes: Rest as needed between sets.

Very much a midline piece! You will want the rest between so take what you need to have quality movement.
Optional Maintenance:
Couch Stretch 3 min per side
Forward Fold 3-4min
Childs Pose 1-2min
