Part 1
1×1 Clean & Jerk
*Take 12 mins to find the total accumulated weight between partners

Part 2
3 rounds for time of:
5 Bar Muscle-ups
10 Clean & Jerks, 135/95 lbs
20 Alternating Dumbbell Snatches, 50/35 lbs
Goal: Sub 17 min

*The workout will work like so: Athlete 1 will do 5 muscle ups then Athlete 2 will do 5 bar muscle ups. Athlete 1 will then do 10 Clean and Jerks, athlete 2 will then do 10 clean and jerks. They will continue until partners have completed 3 rounds EACH.
