Complete as many rounds as possible in 10 mins of:

Walking Lunge, 50 ft
20 Plate Ground-to-Overheads, 45/25 lbs
10 Feet Elevated Push-ups
50 Plyo Skiers

Short AMRAP on deck for today! Bodyweight and light loading today. Don’t go bananas on this workout but keep a strong and steady pace throughout. The lunge is unloaded and we want to keep it that way. Plate ground to OH is a movement we don’t do often but a great way to change things up and they are similar to a kb swing. If you struggle with the push up w/ feet on the plate just do them regular or from your knees if needed to avoid “worming” up. Focus on quality reps and a tight midline here. Plyo skier will break things up and keep you from getting back to the lunges too quickly.
