Every 1 min for 12 mins, alternating between:
Min 1: 10 Power Cleans, 155/105
Min 2: 25 Wall Balls, 20/14
Min 3: Rest 1 min
Short and spicy one today! The power clean is something you should be able to cycle confidently but in the later rounds require dropping. Adjust loading up or down in order to accomplish this. Min 2 has wall ball capped at 25 reps. This will likely take up the full minute and require you to move quickly in the squat. A minute of rest between which should get you prepped for that next round! Adjust reps and loading in order to maintain the stimulus of the workout.
AMRAP 10 mins of:
200m Sled Drag, light
50 ea. Suitcase Carry, pick load
:20 sec D-Ball Bear Hug Hold, pick load
Easy AMRAP to finish off the training session today. Sled weight should be light allowing for a quick steady walk. Suitcase carry should be moderate weight allowing for unbroken carries and the bearhug carry should be heavy.
