Double Kettlebell Front Rack Hold, pick load

The team workout today is going to be a fun one! You will partner up into groups of two and work in a you go, I go fashion. While one athlete is working through reps the other athlete is going to hold a static hold. One athlete must complete an exercise before switching with their partner. Each athlete will complete a total of 3 rounds.
