Deload Week Continues…

AMRAP in 15 mins of:
100m Farmer Carry (53’s/35’s)
10 Box Jump + Air Squats (high)

Goal: Complete at a 60-70% effort

Easy means exactly that! You should be working through this AMRAP at a nice easy pace focusing on quality reps. On the farmer’s carry, we are looking for time under tension which means that you should be walking at a steady pace. If you need to break inside the 100 meters that is quite alright but do your best to make quick work of the break. The box jump plus air squat should have you jumping onto a high box. You should reach full hip extension on the box before doing the air squat. Take your time moving through these to help increase range of motion at the hips, knees, and ankles.
