Weekly Challenge!! This week athletes will be looking to accumulate 10 minutes in a handstand hold. This is a great chance to practice some freestanding work if they are interested in it. This can also be modified to a pike hold or double KB/DB overhead hold for athletes who are not comfortable going upside down.
