Starting our week off with a heavy day! You can choose to work up in weight with each set or use the same weight across all five sets. Ideally, you are challenging yourself with weight but also working to avoid failure, keeping each work set productive. Take one set every 2 minutes.

Accessory lifts today will be focusing on lower body single leg work and upper body raw pressing strength. The goal is to use the heaviest weight you can and work at a steady pace. The primary goal for the sled is single leg work. The push-up should be completed in an unbroken set. Modify this movement by doing a push-up variation that is appropriate for you to get all 10 unbroken.
