Working on some high rep work today. This is a great opportunity to test yourself and see if you can hang on with some bigger sets. The wall ball and swing weight are both reasonable and should be something where you can get some higher reps accomplished. If you need to break things early on to keep moving I would strongly suggest it. Consider a descending rep scheme to help keep you moving and stay positive mentally.
