18/15 Bike Calories
3 Rope Climbs
Goal: sub 12 mins

No barbell but all lungs and pulling. Push the pace on the bike and try not to use this as an “active recovery.” The rope climbs should have you moving methodically with consistent pacing making sure you have a solid lock on the rope with your feet so you can maximize your pull and manage your breathing. If you don’t have a bike swap out the same calories on the rower.
