AMRAP 15 mins of:

Goal: 5+ Rounds

A fun and classic AMRAP today! This is a simple work out with a reasonable reps ranges which means there should be a quick cycle time and movement from exercise to exercise. Adjust reps as necessary to maintain this stimulus. The pull ups and burpee will likely be the two places where you will want to slow down. Be smart from the start and break up your pull ups early if needed, keep a strong but steady pace on the burpees, and work to keep a true hinge pattern on the KB swing. Be smart on the volume here and temper it if needed as you an accumulate quite a few reps on this workout.
