Establish a 1RM in 20 mins.
We have finished our squat progression and today we are going test out our Back Squat 1RM! You will be given 20-minutes to establish your 1RM. You should be building in weight so long you are moving well and feeling good. Ideally, you are taking one set roughly every 2-3 minutes, not to exceed a total of 10 sets. Some will be able to find their 1RM fairly quick whereas others will need a bit more time. If you build to your 1RM quickly then drop in weight and complete 3-5 sets of 3-5 reps at a moderately heavy load.
