Complete as many rounds as possible in 9 mins of:
8 L/8 R Landmine Rows, pick load
8 L/8 R Landmine Push Press, pick load
8 Landmine Squats, pick load
8 Weighted Sit-ups, pick load
*Adjust loading for each movement and use a moderate load. This is all about consistent movement with quality that will contribute to hypertrophy work.

Lax Ball in Pec:
:90 sec/side
Eccentric Dumbbell Fly
3 x 7 w/ :05 sec lowering and regular return using light weight
