Changing up our lift but going back to sets of 5. This short cycle will run just like our front squat did in previous weeks. The goal is to find challenging but successful work sets. In the coming weeks we will lower the reps and work on increasing the weight. Rest no less than 2 mins and no more than 3 mins between each work set.

We have done this workout in the past a handful of times and it’s a spicy one! The rep ranges for each of the movements are somewhat reasonable which means you should be going for unbroken sets. If you do break things up it should be no more than one time for the swings. The burpees boil down to keeping things at a consistent and strong pace. Dig in on this one as you get into round 3 and beyond.
