A classic benchmark and our faster workout for the week. This is always a fun one to revisit and it will not disappoint. The clean and jerk and toes to bar increase in reps which means things will add up quickly. The crux is not going out too fast. If you’ve never done this before it’s a great workout to set a benchmark score for or feel free to compare your previous score. Also, it might just be about getting in a good workout at not stressing over a score. Take the approach that is right for you today.

25′ Handstand Walk OR :20 Handstand Shoulder Taps OR 3 Wall Walks

Accessory work today is going to involve movements to strengthen the midline. The handstand walk, when done well, also forces midline stability. If you don’t have handstand walks try a handstand shoulder tap against the wall for roughly 20 seconds or even plank shoulder taps with a pause or even wall walks.
