“Choose your own Adventure”

AMRAP in 10 mins of:
10 Landmine Squats, 70/50
10 Toes-to-bars
10 L/10 R Landmine Deadlifts, 70/50
100 Single Unders
Goal: 4+ Rounds

“Choose your own Adventure” Squat & DL options:
Goblet Squat
Dumbbell Squat
Sandbag Front Squat
Suitecase DB/KB Deadlift

Today’s choose your own adventure workout is listed with the Landmine squat and deadlift however, there are several options. This is an awesome way to change things up and find a different way of moving through similar patterns. This is a 10 minute Amrap and should have you choosing weight that allows you to do each movement unbroken. The T2B may be completed in 2 sets but no more than that if needed. Have fun with a less traditional and super effective exercise today!

Lateral Raise Hold, pick load, 20 secs
