Unilateral focus for the week today! The goblet squat step up is going to be a bit tricky with how the loading will sit on your chest. Hard to hold onto the weight if your torso dips forward very much. Adjust loading or height if needed here. The KB Snatch is 8 on each arm so complete one side before moving onto the next. It is from the hang. T2B will be a bit more challenging due to the grip factor but sets are still reasonable. See if you can complete the 12 in no more than 2-3 sets tops on any round. Smooth reps on those doubles and work to relax your shoulders for the KB snatch coming up in future rounds.
