In memory of Sgt Major Jerry Dwayne Patton, 40, who died on 15 October 2008 during High Altitude High Opening (HAHO) training while assigned to Army USSOCOM preparing for deployment to Afghanistan. Jerry is survived by his wife Milely and his sons Chad, Cody, Chase, and Connor.

This is a great one to get in the mix and if you want to push you can. Otherwise you can continue on with a bit of the deload week vibe and use this as a way to get some blood flow going with active recovery work. If you have a previous time on this workout and want to compare feel free to go for it.

Upper Body Pump Session!
There is no better way to finish of a longish conditioning session than a straight up pump session! Athletes should be using a weight that is hard and challenging for them but no to failure. You can work just the narrow grip push up or narrow grip push up from the knees. Curls can be done with dumbbells a barbell, or bonus points for an ez curl bar!
