For Time:
1 Hang Power Clean
100 Bike Calories
30 Dball Over the Shoulder
800m Run together
60 Burpees

Team workout today has athletes getting into groups of 2 to get the work done. Starting with the hang power clean, each athlete will spend the first 10 minutes working to a heavy single. Depending on how you feel, you could work to a PR or near your personal best in this movement. Once the clock hits the 10:00 mark, athletes will move onto the bike. The calories on the bike are going to be a burner and should be done with an all-out effort. The 800m Run is done together and the Dball over shoulder and burpees are divide and conquer.
