We last did this workout on 6/16/2021. If you have been following our program since then be sure to check your previous time. The 1-mile run should take roughly 8-9 minutes on both the front and back end of this workout. The row should take roughly the same amount of time, 8-9 minutes. Modify distances accordingly. Work to keep the first mile run and the row at a smooth and sustainable pace. Push the pace on the last mile giving it everything you have.
