The goal for this heavy day is to have you lifting heavy weight so long that you are feeling good. We would like to see you keep each work set productive by avoiding failure. The lower reps should be near your max. Think 85+% whereas the higher rep sets should be done with roughly 65+%. Focus on maintaining key points of performance in the front squat and take one set roughly every 3-minutes.
