A fun EMOM on deck for today that is for sure going to pack a punch. The loading on the cluster is intended to be done at a heavier weight and likely singles will be the way to go here. Adjust loading as needed but we want you to feel challenged with the loading. The cluster is essentially a squat clean to a thruster. The bike calories will be hard to maintain but that is part of the stimulus of this workout. Calories should be completed within roughly :45sec-:50seconds leaving at least :10sec of rest and transition.
