Goal: Sub 15 min

You can swap the row out for the bike or you can even do a 400 meter run if needed. The box step up is not an “over” so we do want you standing all the way up on the box. Do your best to do all the work on one leg and avoid a choppy step where you end up using both to stand up on the box. Adjust loading as needed in order to keep the quality of the rep. Single Arm Push Press should be exactly that. Avoid dropping under the weight and turning this into a push jerk.
