Heavy Day!

Deficit Deadlift
5-5-3-3-3

Starting our Monday off with a heavy day! Today we have deficit deadlifts. For this we want you to get set so the bar is just above your shoelaces. This position will significantly increase the difficulty of the deadlift and also challenge those with limited flexibility. Avoid touch-and-go sets and reset each rep from the floor. This will make the movement harder so adjust the weight accordingly. The goal is to lift the most amount of weight with each set while continually working up in weight. Avoid any failed sets for today and take one set roughly every 3-minutes. Score the heaviest weight completed for each set.

Every 3 mins for 12 mins do:
10 Push-ups
10 L/10 R Split Squats, pick load
30 Lying Banded Leg Curls
