Goal: sub 20 minutes

Workout today is for-time and is going to be a fun one. Each 400-meter run is intended to be done with a medball. Use a standard load of 20/14 but adjust weight as needed. The goal for the run is to get it done within 2-2:45. This will be slower than your typically 400-meter run although you should be able to stay moving while keeping a consistent pace. The burpees are some bigger sets although the goal for these is to move at a steady and consistent pace.
