Our workout today has you moving through a pyramid type scheme. The weight for your kettlebell should be reasonable and something you are confident to move consecutively with even under fatigue. Adjust loading as needed in order to accomplish this. If you finish the work in under 15 minutes you are done with the workout and should list your time as your score. If you hit the 15 minute mark and have not yet completed the work out score your workout as an AMRAP. This workout definitely has an element of pacing in it and should have you going in with a bit of a game plan. Keep things strong and consistent throughout!
