Power Clean

Gotta love some power cleans on a heavy day. Adjust loading as needed between each set and I would encourage you to drop the bar between each rep. Loading can fluctuate as much as needed throughout sets but see if you can keep your lowest set within about 20% of your best set of 3 for the day.

15 Stiff Leg Deadlift
5 Strict Muscle Up
Notes: Choose a weight that is near but not to failure on each set for the stiff leg deadlift. Adjust loading as needed.

This is on the 4 min so don’t feel rushed through things. The stiff leg deadlift should have a loading that is tight but not to failure. Adjust each round if needed. If you don’t have muscle ups yet choose a strict variation that is challenging for you but allows for good, quality mechanics. I like some of the low ring options with a band if possible or you can work Strict Pull-ups and Dips.
