Complete as many rounds as possible in 15 mins of:
20 Russian Kettlebell Swings, 53/35 lbs
80 Double Unders
Run, 400 m
20 Bench Press, 55% 1RM
80 Plyo Skiers
Run, 400 m

Goal: Complete at an RPE of 6-7/10

We have an easy AMRAP in store for you today. This is intended to be done at an RPE 7/10 or 70% effort although we know some will be looking to get after it. Do your best to work at the intended RPE. Ideally, the swings are done in an unbroken set but if needed, break these into two sets. The weight should be light. Bench is simply a guideline with the percentage work but you can adjust this to lighter weight if needed. The 400-meter runs should be done at a smooth but consistent pace and can easily be subbed for a bike or row variation if needed. Double unders and plyo skier should also be done at a smooth pace. Athletes who don’t have double unders should stick with single unders for today. Overall, try to work at a moderate pace, focusing on quality work and having fun with it!
