“Karen with a twist”
For time:
150 Wall Balls, 20/14 lbs
Every time you break complete:
5 Bench Press, 185/125 lbs

Goal: Break no more than 10 times

Visiting a classic benchmark but with a little change. The is a mentally challenging workout for many of us and takes some strategy. Tossing in the bench press can actually help you have a better mentality going into it and offer some more strategy. The wall ball should still have a goal of being done in larger sets. Be smart here and see if you can accumulate the majority of the work early on. Each time you drop the ball complete the 5 bench press. This should be heavy but something you are very confident it hitting 5 reps with, even when a bit fatigued. Later in the workout you may have to break them up which is fine. Goal is to not break more than 10 times. With some strategy and a smart approach some of you may be able to keep this closer to 5.

Post Work
3 rounds for quality of:
15 Band Pull Aparts
5 L/5 R Side Plank Reach Throughs
15 Band Face Pulls
Starfish Side Plank, L 20 secs/R 20 secs

We are finishing out the day with a bit of shoulder and midline accessory. Focus on keeping the work done for quality and modify movements as needed.
